The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant – “Intergenerational Responsible Citizenship Project” (CPG – IRCP) 2017-2020

As an extension of our previous project “The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant – “Intergenerational Responsible Citizenship Project” in 2014-2017, the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust has continually approved a three-year (2017-2020) Community Project Grant around HKD 4.59 million to the Hong Kong Girl Guides for Intergenerational Responsible Citizenship programmes and activities of all sections. The Project of the theme is Community Care.

 The Donation Fund is aimed to utilize the skills and wisdom of Golden Guides to benefit the development of our youth members, particularly in Community Care values. Intergenerational sharing is the major focus of the project and free of charge.

    IRC Project Souvenir Badge:A set of Souvenir Badge includes five pieces (LOVE, CONNECT, INHERIT, SERVE, IRC PROJECT NAME) which could be put together (see below picture). All participants would be award one of the souvenir badges randomly in differenct IRC Project activities. 


    How to wear the badges

    Happy Bees can sew their cloth badges onto their backpack.

    Brownies and Guides can sew their cloth badges onto the back of their sash.

    Rangers, Golden Guides and Guiders can sew their cloth badges onto their campfire blanket .
