Due to the suspension for most of the activities during the Guiding Year of 2019-2020, the Management Committee has approved the following special arrangement for members who supposed to complete the requirements for the Super Brownie Award, Lady Jane's Guide Award, Chief Commissioner's Guide Award and Ranger Bauhinia Badge Award with the original deadline between 1 June 2019 and 31 December 2020, on 22 April 2020 and 26 August 2020.

Members who are applicable for the special arrangement: -

For applicable members, they have been automatically approved to carry on and complete the award requirements by the specific deadline without making any application for extension to the Headquarters.  They are required to submit the award application and logbook to Programme Office within 3 months after completed all the requirements.  Late applications would not be handled.

In order to count for the number of members who would carry on for the award under the above condition, as well as to collect the information on the badges that members are still working on, applicable members are invited to complete an Online Form.  Please note that if the School Units would no longer be able to take care the graduates of their Units, the concerned cases would be handled and assisted by Commissioner / Guiders via Office.
