The event will be conducted in a team-based format with creative and competitive contests.

• Creative: Our 110 Time Treasure Box
• Competitive: Jumping Bean Bag Fly and Speed Stack Spark

Target:

All Brownie’s unit

Quota:

60 Units (*First come first serve)

• Each unit can only send one team for the competition, all participant must be enrolled brownies (The age requirement shall be met on or before 2nd May 2026).
• Each team need to form a group with 4-6 members, while only 4 members need to compete in each round, and the final list must be confirmed during reporting in counter. The team members for the Creative and Competitive contests can be different, but they must be chosen from the submitted participant list.
• Each team may be accompanied by a maximum of 2 guiders in the competition day.
• Teams with fewer than four members at check‑in on the competition day will be disqualified.

Awards:

Include sub-contest Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up and overall Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up

• The overall champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up teams will receive trophies, medals, and Brownies Competition trophies (can keep for one year)
• Sub-contest Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up will receive trophies and medals.

Bad Weather Arrangement:

Remarks:

1. Participants have to arrange their own lunch. 
2. Shuttle bus service is available for applicants. The tentative pick-up and drop-off location is Kowloon Tong. Each team is allowed a maximum of 6 members plus 2 guiders for the bus, with a fee of $20 per person. Please indicate your choice during the first round of application for headcount and payment calculation.

1. Application is only accepted on a unit basis and must be coordinated by Guider-in-charge.
2. All participants must complete the “Parent Consent form”  (Click here) and submit it together with the participant lists in GGMS.
3. Phone / fax / Email application are not accepted. An incomplete application form will not be proceeded.
4. Any late submission will not be considered.
5. No change on the participants list is allowed once the list has been submitted.
6. As the participant list is needed to submit through GGMS, Guiders need to ensure those members are registered in units and please reserve enough time to arrange.
