Remarks:

1. Assessment Language: Cantonese and Chinese (except for language badge)

2. Participants must provide photo to prove they have fulfilled the required participation hours for the badge (only one and a half months of detailed records are required)

3. For Physical Fitness Stage II: Participants must submit a copy of the certificate for Stage I together with the application

4. For Sports Badge: Participants must specify the chosen sport at the time of application

5. For the WAGGGS Knowledge Badge: Participants must submit their report one month before the assessment date, the assessor will provide feedback two weeks before the assessment.

Remarks

• Participants must arrive on time; no make-up assessment will be arranged

• Assessment details: Refer to the Interest Badge Guideline on association website(http://hkgga.org.hk)

• Brownies/Girl Guides (Pass): Can receive the certificate and badge immediately

• Ranger (Pass): Can receive the certificate immediately

• Due to limited space, parents are not allowed to stay at the venue

• Once accepted, participants may not change or withdraw without approval. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to bad weather or insufficient enrolment

• For the Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP): Registered AYP members can submit the badge certificate and logbook to the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association (8 Gascoigne Road, Kowloon) for verification

• For the Physical Fitness Badge: Submit the health declaration at reporting and wear suitable sports attire, or assessment will not proceed

• For Brownies (Unit Application): Guider should give Parent Consent Forms to brownie. Forms may be submitted during application or shown on the event day; guider will keep the original copy
