Registration Notes:
- This event does not accept telephone registrations; all registrations are subject to the receipt of the completed form. If registration information is incomplete, it will not be processed.
- Once selected, participants cannot be changed without the event's permission.
- If the weather warning remains at Signal No. 1, Signal No. 3, or yellow rain and thunderstorm warnings before 5 PM on the day of the event, the event will proceed as planned; if there is a red or black rain warning or Signal No. 8 or above, the event will be canceled.
