To enhance leadership skills for leaders. Through the interesting game activities led by an experienced instructor, leaders can experience the fun of the activities and the ideas behind them. They can also learn leadership skills and attitudes, hoping to learn and use them. Keep abreast of the latest information about elderly activities and encourage the team to participate actively. Strengthen the leader bonding in the event.
