The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association Tin Shui Wai Pansy Ho Activity Centre Notice (with effect from 29 Dec 2022)

  1. For the maximum capacity of venue, please refer to: Booking Form and Regulations.
  2. The organizer should consider the venue depending on the space required and nature of the activity.
  3. The organizer is requested to ensure users are not currently subject to any isolation orders issued by the Government.
  4. In order to comply with Prevention and Control of Disease (Wearing of Mask) Regulation (Cap. 599I) Wear mask in all areas except in:

During sports activities

During event:

Exemption:

  • When consuming a drink where reasonably necessary 
  • When exercising
  • When consuming food/drink in outdoor areas
  • During photo taking on stage at an event

Exemption:

  • When an officiating guest or speak to the audience or guests
  • When consuming food/drink in outdoor areas
  • During photo taking on stage at an event
  • Performers must wear masks as far as feasible

 

  1. The activity organized by Headquarters, Division, District or unit should refer to HKGGA Special Announcement on Activity Arrangements (Effective on 29 December 2022)
  2. To ensure the hygiene of the venue, we reserve time for cleaning before the next appointment.
  3. Keep your hands clean all the time. Hand rub is provided in the Centre for necessary use.
  4. Except venue users and event participants, other people are not suggested to stay in the Centre in order to minimize the risk of spreading of virus during gathering of people.
  5. If anyone violates the guidelines above, the Centre reserves the right to request that person leave the venue.
