Event Purpose

This event is co-led by YoWo Think Tank and the Sri Lanka Girl Guides Association. It aims to promote cultural exchange and friendship while helping participants gain a deeper understanding of governance structures and enhance their decision-making, governance, and integrated leadership skills.

This not only contributes to personal growth and reflection but also establishes a cooperative network across member organizations, expanding opportunities for the future development of young women.

Event Details

The event will be divided into two sessions, including:

• Cultural exchange
• Introduction to governance
• Leadership thinking in the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts
• Soft skills necessary for participation in governance
• Discussion on international governance-related topics and role-playing
• Guest sharing of international governance experiences
   

Eligibility

Girl Guides, Ranger, and Guiders who aged 16 to 30
