 If  more than 1 parent or children( non-happy bee) in a pair, they will be put in waiting list. Each participating unit must have at least one leader  to attend the event.

Places are limited on a first-come-first-served basis.

Fee：

$80 per pair (1 Happy Bee with 1 parent) ；other parents and children: $80 per participant.

Leader is free of charge (Leader is welcome to become helpers.)

Activites：

「Playrights」game booths, Campfire, Crafts etc.

Happy Bee︰Full uniform

Leader︰Outdoor uniform

Application ：

1. 14/11/16(Mon)，Acceptance of waiting list will be  started on 12/12/16
2. Fill in the application form (by Online/ PDF/Word forms) or mail to The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, 8 Gascoigne Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong with cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association”. Then write "Happy Bee Hive Fun Day 2017”, name and phone number of the contact person and unit no on the back of the cheque.
3. Online application and PDF/Word forms is accepted. All applications will be handled upon the receipt of form and fee. Incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
4. Cancellation of registration : Except the inclement weather conditions, entrance fee will not be refuned once the application is accepted. Unless the approval obtained from the Organizing Committee, application or fee cannot be transferred or withdrawn. For details of the arrangement under inclement weather conditions, please view the HKGGA website or refer to the event circular.
5. Please visit the official website of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association for (https://hkgga.org.hk) the acceptance list and event reminder. (List is updated every Thursday and Saturday).
6. There is notification if application not be accepted.

Remarks：

      1. Application is accepted on a unit basis.

2. There is no parking space provided at S.K.H.Yautong Kei Hin Primary School. Coach  can be arranged by unit and registration required.  

The Bad Weather and Air Pollution Arrangements：

Refer to the weather report released by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the activity starts.

Carry on: Typhoon -Signal No. 1 , Rainstorm Warning Signal -Amber , Thunderstorm Warning.
