All Guides and Ranger (Age is calculated as of 31 August 2025) 

Guides section –aged between 10 and 18 

Ranger section – aged between 15 and 23 

Guides section: 30 units; Ranger section: 10 units (*First come first serve) 

• Each unit can only send one team to join the competition. 
• Each team can consist of 4-6 members, but only 4 representatives can take part in each session of the competition (morning and afternoon session can be form with different members but must be within the list submitted during application). 
• The team will be disqualified if the team dispatches not enough participants when reporting in counter. 
• Participant list cannot be duplicated (one member cannot represent two units for competition). 

Application Timeline:

1. Opening for application

   • From now till 14 February 2025 (Friday) 18:00 

   • No need to submit the participant list yet

2. Briefing Session (All units must send at least one representative to attend the session, otherwise they will be disqualified.)

   • Date: 26 February 2025 (Wednesday) 

   • Time: 19:30-21:00 (Registration begins at 19:15) 

   • Venue: Headquarter, HKGGA 

3. Submission of participant list together with “Parent Consent Form” and shuttle bus fee  

   • Before 12 March 2025 (Wednesday) 23:59 

   • Submission will be completed through GGMS, and the link will be sent to guiders after the application deadline 

   • If the list is not submitted on time, the application will be considered failed 

1. Application is accepted on a unit basis. Guiders are required to coordinate the application. 
2. All participants are required to fill in the Statement (Participant) (Click here) or Statement (Parent/Guardian) (Click here) and submit together with the participant list through GGMS system. 
3. Only online applications are accepted. All applications will be handled upon receipt of the form. Incomplete application form will not be proceeded. 

4. Any late submission will not be considered.  

5. No change to the participants list is allowed once the list has been submitted. 

6. As the participant list has to be submitted through GGMS, Guiders should reserve sufficient time to arrange application and the registration of new members to system if applicable. 

1. Participants have to arrange their own lunch. 

2. Shuttle bus service is available for apply. The tentative pick-up and drop-off locations are Kowloon Tong and Tsuen Wan. Each team is allowed a maximum of 6 members plus 1 guider for the bus. Payment may be required depends on number of participants. Please indicate your choice during the first round of application for headcount and payment calculation.
