Requirements

The design should include the emblem of HKGGA, the wordings of「香港女童軍總會港島西區」AND「2024-25」

We accept both digital file and hand-drawn submission

Colour: Maximum 10 colours

Sections

The competition is divided into 3 sections:

1. Brownies Section

2. Guides and Ranger Section

3. Guiders and Leaders Section

Awards

• There will be 1 winner and 2 merit awards in each section.

• Each participant will receive a participation certificate and 1 souvenir badge. 

Scoring Criteria

• Theme: 40%
• Design: 30%
• Creativity: 30%

The design which score the highest among winners of each section will be chosen to be the design for printing.

Submission

1. The design should be submitted with the application form (Download in Chinese Version) by email to charmaine.yu@hkgga.org.hk.

2. Admission list will be updated every Wednesday and Friday.

3. For digital design, output file should be in JEPG format (at least 600 dpi). If the design is chosen for printing, the applicant will be asked to submit ps. or ai. file.

Deadline

17^th January 2025 (Friday)

Remarks

1. The design need to be original.

2. Each participant can only submit one design.

3. Submitted design will not be returned.

4. The right of usage is owned by ISW Division.
