HKGGA Chinese-Style Foot Drills Promotion Guild

Objective：

In order to address the increasing demand for Chinese-style foot drills training in an effective manner. The guild aims to provide support to the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association (HKGGA) in implementing Chinese-style foot drills as part of their training programs. Additionally, the guild serves as a platform for officers and leaders who have expertise in Chinese-style foot drills to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and collaborate with one another. Through this platform, the guild aims to foster a community that promotes the development and advancement of Chinese-style foot drills training.

The guild's objectives include:

1. Providing more Chinese-style foot drills training opportunities for HKGGA units.
2. Assisting in the development of standardized guidelines to ensure consistent implementation of Chinese-style foot drills.
3. Incorporating resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of guild members.
4. Strengthening the quality and consistency of Chinese-style foot drills training.
5. Provide regular practice to enhance members'  familiarity and consistency in Chinese-style marching drills.

Membership Eligibility:

Open to both HKGGA members and non-members who have completed the Chinese Foot Drills Instructor Course and possess experience in delivering Chinese Foot Drills Training Workshops.

Title for Members:

Invitation and Selection Process:

The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association (HKGGA) upholds stringent standards concerning the integrity and ethical conduct of its members, with a paramount emphasis on ensuring the safety of all members. Consequently, non-members who express an interest in becoming Guild Members will undergo an interview conducted by the responsible Commissioner or a designated representative. Additionally, non-members interested in joining as the Guild must be recommended by current members of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association.
