Stage 3: Leadership Master
Creating the future: Use the leadership mindsets to plan community service projects. Upon completion of this stage, participants will receive a pin and earn the title of Leadership Master. Outstanding performers of the final presentation will earn the title Leadership Champion.
Leadership Champion - Stage 3: Leadership Master has officially launched!
Due to the pandemic situation, the programme format of Stage 3: Leadership Master has from its original plan of completing a final presentation, to the submission of a community service project proposal. All Brownies, Guides and Rangers who have completed Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the challenge are eligible to participate in Stage 3. Details of Stage 3: Leadership Master are as follows:

Content & Structure
The proposal must include the following sections:
There are no requirements in terms of word and page count for the proposal. The Organising Committee (Leadership Architects) has created a“Toolkit”, which includes different reflection and thinking frameworks and assets. Participants are welcome to apply the tools shared in the Toolkit to complete their proposal via the link here.

Method of Submission |
The Leadership Champion challenge echoes with the Guiding Education Methods and encourages participants to have“my path, my pace”. As such, there will be no submission deadline for the proposal submission of Stage 3. Participants can submit their proposal anytime.
To encourage more participants to submit their proposals and complete Stage 3 and the entire Leadership Champion challenge earlier, all participants who submit their proposal and reflection (in the Logbook) on or before 31 December 2022 will receive a badge.
Participants shall submit the proposals by email. The email address for submission is tpg@hkgga.org.hk. Please specify your full name, unit number and contact email in the email. If the proposal is completed as a group, please include the names, unit number and contact email of all teammates in the email.
